My cpu runs at about 100-118 F. I have 2 fans, one on the case and one in the back. I bought a separate cpu heatsink/fan, and it seems to be cooling it down quite a bit.
Update: It's now running at 96.8 F. Thanks again everyone.

100-118 Fahrenheit is great. You have nothing to worry about.
