Does anyone have experience with such a program?

I have heard of some such programs, but have not yet tried any.
I'd like to try a trusted and reliable program that has features that can change my desktop wallpapers at given intervals, along with options to choose and tweak.

So, does anyone have a recommendation or thoughts on the subject?
