Explain to me why I should not move this thread - which contains absolutely no initial discussion in the first post and the pasted contents of an old e-mail forward which was posted on a "UFOs, Conspiracy Theorists, Lunatic Fringe" forum by an anonymous poster - to Tilted Paranoia, and why I shouldn't just close it outright, considering the lack of effort given to starting the thread.

I cut newer users some slack, but someone who has been on this site for over 4 years and has over 200 posts should know better.

I'll wait ~6 hours. After that, I'm moving it and closing it, and you'll have to PM me with some new content for the opening post, such as what you think of all this, then I'll consider reopening it. As for moving it to Tilted Paranoia, you're going to have a hard time convincing me it doesn't belong there, but I'm open to listening.
