Yep, still in some pain today. It actually feels worse than yesterday after the drive in this morning. I am working on keeping it loose though and that seems to help. The pain is centered in the upper right portion of my back, along the spine and below the shoulder blade. Makes it tough to turn my head left or right. I just need to keep stretching it out and trying to get one of the ladies here to give me a massage.

So far, the massage has been a no go.
