Hamlet - with Picard, but not The Doctor

Some of you may know, that the Royal Shakespeare Company production of Hamlet presently on in London has in the cast Patrick Stewart (as Hamlet's Father and Hamlet's Uncle) and David Tenant (as Hamlet).
At the start of December, DT hurt his back and pulled out on his Doctor's instructions.
Well we had managed to get tickets, and certainly weren't about to cancel just because one guy pulled out.
The cast was stunning:
As Hamlet, Edward Bennett

As Claudius, Patrick Stewart

As Polonius, Oliver Ford Davies

As the Player King, John Woodvine

We drove up to London and parked near the theatre, got a cab there, and walked straight in with 10 minutes before the play started.
We were sat in the fifth row back from the stage with a fantastic view.
The performance was great, and ran to good time, so was over at 11pm.
We were in the car by 11:30 and home by 1am.
My daughter loved it - especially the ghost.
