I think I forget way too much. I have too many fleeting thoughts. I act too often and then forget why I was acting. I am going to try to solve this problem. I bought a voice recorder. I am going to put everything on that damn thing. everything from todo lists to random thoughts. Maybe it will help me with this Blog. I forget to post sometimes. Hopefully I really use this thing and dont forget. Its alot to expect from a machine that just records what it hears but oh well. It better work.

I want to start off by saying that although this blogs is considered my little space on the internet I welcome all comments. Positive or negative. However, I do request that you be logical and supportive in your claims. Also personal attacks will not be taken lightly. Feel free to disagree with me and express your opinion. So that being said I have a few things to say.
Let start with Sarah Palin. Her speech was terrific. She was brazen and thought provoking. She talks about teaching morals and drilling for oil, her normal American family and her rather humble upbringing. Like Joe Biden she is not independently wealthy. She does not come from money nor did she marry into it. She has five children and a grandchild on the way.


Some people have called her a hypocrite because her 17 Year-old daughter is unmarried and 5 months pregnant. Why does this make her a hypocrite? I have little doubt she raised her children with the high morals she has spoken...

I was at work today and I was thinking about what I would blog about today. I also had a very interesting conversation about mormons. Wow I can blog about that I thought. It should be no fun and most likely will offend somebody. Hopefully they do not take it personally. So let get started.

I work in a field that is heavily saturated with Mormons. In fact one in Six professionals in my field is a Mormon. Thats a lot. Anyway in an effort to understand the religion i asked questions. I thought it was what most people did when they wanted to know about something. I hit an instant road block. Apparently somethings are private. I can't think of anything in my religion that I wouldn't openly share with anybody who asked, so I thought it weird or at least abnormal. Then came the no caffeine thing. Okay I can kind of see that. Then came the no entry into the Temple and all the other religious books that are just as, if not more important than, the Bible. Why all the...

I was at work today ( I am often at work on Monday) and was having a conversation about an author. I tend to not think in the meta-physical, but this conversation went that far and I was forced to admit that I read for enjoyment and really try not to dig too deep and see what's below the "surface." Who cares what the author was trying to say. I am only concerned with what they actually said. The only thing that concerns me is what they are smart enough to actually come out and say instead of speaking in parables or something like that. The last guy that spoke only in parables ended up hanging from a cross.

I tend to say what I mean and leave little to the imagination or interpretation. I like life that way. Maybe thats because I have no imagination or creativity. I still love to read but come on. If you are an author out there, forgive me, but just say what you mean. At least you'll never have to worry about people getting it wrong.

I am just sitting here pondering life and well anything that happens to pop into my cloudy, drowsy little head ( I hope its little anyway.) The first thing that pops into mind is that this blog will be read and then critiqued for spelling errors and then grammatical errors and then the content will be slaughtered. I am here to say that there is little to no content. You are most likely wasting your time reading it, but that is pretty much what we are all here to do. Waste time. I could be sleeping but what fun is that. Besides I had a dream that my wife and youngest daughter died. Who the hell wants to relive that. It truly was unpleasant. I was very happy to see that all was well when I awoke this morning. Maybe this is an internal thoughts journal or maybe it is junk. Whatever the outcome I am sure that it is completely abnormal and unique. much like everybody else who takes the time to do anything like this.
