The appraisal did us in. Seems the underwriter doesn't want to take a hit and the amount financed would exceed their 80% ratio..........

So, now we have to fill out MORE forms for a loan mediator who supposedly bargains on our behalf to get our current lienholder to loosen the reins a bit and get the rate down to doable levels. They raised our rate to 9.525% when the rest of the country-at least the smarter ones, are paying under 6.
This, with my $90 a week loss, is just making my week
