Really seriously.
I've been called by the general manager who is trying to broker peace between all the individual board members.
Now this is a problem. This man is a nice man. He really means well and has a very good heart. The problem is there are lots of mixed dealings and lines crossed that should not be. This isn't a matter of me wanting to do this, but there are rules for checks and balances because you want to make sure that things are able to be audited and investigated without issue and without conflict of interest.
The general manager is talking to individual board members and asking that they keep the peace until after the election. The challenge here is to make sure that I still have to opportunity to discuss this without prejudice. According the by laws of the corporation
