sometimes it takes a bit of doing to figure out what is happening around you.

A at this moment is different from A at this moment but not entirely because if it were A would at this moment be something other than A (which in a sense it is because the clause that preceded the last a before this one said was the case) there'd be discontinuity rather than succession. unless the A and Not-A were next to each other physically, and you were inclined to see them as a sequence.
which i suppose you would be. because, from your viewpoint, it would be. first one thing then another.
all this is with a single letter tumbling across the mode of explaining succession that we call time. one thing follows another therefore time.
one thing. another thing. therefore time.
this is the sort of tunneling that can make it so hard to figure things...
