No, not in the ordinary sick ways that you all know and love. I'm sickly ... I think I have a cold. I've sat in front of my monitor the whole day at home just doing nothing. It's been a while since I was sick, I think same time last year. So maybe there is such a thing as flu season.

The part that joins my head to my neck, is achey on the sides >>you know, the part where I screw in the bolts in the morning. Kinda like minor inflamed tonsils. Also the back of my head feels like an axe is stuck there. (I checked, no axe) And I have congestion in my nasal cavities. If I try to make the disgusting sound to remove mucus it hurts.

I took some equate pain reliever. I'm gonna go and raid the rite aid and get some aleve and every potion with the word 'cold' written on it my wallet will accept and sit back in my chair and continue watching the downloaded seasons of Prison Break.

OK, Here's the deal. I don't know what it is with girls that I don't get or is it something I do wrong? Both, definitely both.

I ask you out on a night out for some fun. You see, I had it all planned out. I wasn't even expecting anything, I'm the corny type, no offense but I like to pay. Makes me feel ..er... manly, somehow. (Can't explain this, don't bother asking)

We were going to go see a movie (this would be my choice because I only watch horror flicks on the big screen). Then I was going to take you to Lilly's pizza, they make the best pizza, I swear, you've never eaten pizza before in your life if you haven't eaten Lilly's Pizza! Then go to a club, bar, hangout somewhere either noisy or ambient, the night would have dictated the choice there.

That's how I do it. Not to everyone per-se, I just planned that night out like that because I was a)wanting to watch the haunting in connecticut, b) Craving some pepperoni and c) Wanted to have something...

OK so this is what happenned,

Sat 1:30AM: sent a text to my frined asking him if he ran today. You see, he stopped smoking then started again after work got him down. I had to berate him and be unsurportive when it came to that.

Sat 1:30AM: Sent a text to my mom asking her what time she goes to work this morning.

Sat 7:49AM: Saw text from mum that came at 5:59AM, that said "Now".

Anyway, case in point. My friends must never find out...

So, I just got my hooptie car, like I promised me, and I'm totally loving the no payments monthly thing I have going on. Can you imagine, insurance is gonna be like $90 a month and that's all I have to pay to maintain my vehicular status!!

It's a green 1990 Honda Accord, stick shift. I don't know how to drive a stick shift so If you live in NC, MOVE. I have stalled a total of 7 times today alone on the street at red lights. So frakin' annoying. I hate the way it rolls back at slopes. But to balance all that out ... I feel so manly with one hand at the gear and the other one on the wheel. It has that Knightrider kinda feeling, only instead of driving a 120mpg '06 ford mustang, It's a hooptie that can't go above 80m/ph at gear 5.

I haven't paid for it yet, so I'm taking it back. No seriously,. a '90 Honda Accord for $2500? For the love of god man, the car has 275xxx miles on it even if it has a brand new engine the as mileage on it has to be horrible.

OK, so my recent attempts at better socializing myself have not been too successfull.

I thought that perhaps it was because of my late work hours. Not true, I had a shift change (cause I can do this) and I still stayed at work later and came in earlier. Nothing changed. I tried a couple of things thinking "what's the worst could happen" then I met with a couple of variable that I never even dreamed coul've happenned. >>The towing. Has left me broken ever since ...

So, I go out, last weekend with friends and they comment on my living status and I decide to spruce myself up a bit. Bought myself the King size bed just so I could feel a bit closer to ratbastid ...

It takes 4 weeks for the bed to finally show up. Another week for me to pick it up. Turns out the damn bed was badly made. It won't mount. I call up the furniture store, the bastards say that it's "policy" to return broken up items that you picked up for repair....
