They have something similar to this at the Toronto Science Centre except that it's interactive projectors shooting from the ceiling. As you step around you pass through sensors and it lights up your spot with different images: blooming flowers, spinning cubes etc...
Kids love it.

I believe they have a room similar to this in circa. But not as advanced, certain areas are pressure sensitive and light up when well... pressure is put on them...
of course, i could have totally hallucinated this.
