Ive had super duper sore boobs since I came off the depo in October. I mean, it goes when Im on my period (Ive had about 3 since then, but that is normal) but apart from that they can be incredibly painful. I cant even let my bf touch them during sex, which is obviously a big problem.

Theres no bumps or lumps or anything suspicious, and Ive tried changing bras to no avail.

does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this or how I can alleviate the symptoms?

For what its worth, Im 99% sure Im not pregnant.

1% doubt? I dunno if I'd like that.

When I was on birth control, I'd get soreness right before my period, but I don't recall any symptoms when I stopped depo provera shots. I'd call the ob/gyn office to see if they feel it's worth a visit or if it's something that might be expected.

With abrupt changes in your health, it is always smart to see your dr. Make an apt. with your gyno. Most likely, it's related to coming off your B/C and your gyno. will be able to help address that with you.

I get sore breasts when I ovulate and during my p. But typically they do not hurt in between.

If yours are sore consistently, it might be something to get checked, just for your comfort's sake.
