Hey guys, a couple days ago I noticed a pore on my right breast becoming a bit irritated, itchy and swollen. I hadn't messed with it until tonight, I squeezed it and some greenish puss came out (indicating an infection probably) and some reddish clear puss. I haven't had any kids so it's not from breast feeding. Its located on the outter circle of my areola, I'm thinking it's an irritated hair follicle that's perhaps clogged with oil or something of that nature. Just wondering if you ladies have had any similar experiences. I've cleaned it with an alcohol swab and put neosporin on as well as a band aid, going to give it a few days and see how it does. Felt better once I got all that gunk out. I've heard you're not supposed to squeeze those pores by the way, I typically don't just think it's strange to get a weird infection/zit thing there of all places!

I get the little bumps on my nips and will occasionally squeeze them when they are getting a little red or irritating me. Always white comes out. Once tho I had one get rather large, asked the P.A. that was doing my physical what it was and the dumb-ass woman said it was just a large duct and that it was normal. Well I got annoyed by it that one night I squeezed it extra hard and a LOT of white gunk came out and then the bump went away.

Never had green, maybe yours was just more irritated by something because I know that these bumps just occur when the pores that produce the oil to keep our nipples soft get clogged.

Thats a bummer, as long as its healed alright hopefully your ok.
