It took a while for me to make the connection between the position I was in, during sex, and the ability to have, or the intensity of my orgasms. Although it is a turn on to spread wide for my guy, I find that I lose a lot of clitoral sensitivity in that position. Luckily my partner and I switch it up all the time, so I get my fair share of pleasure. Does anyone else find one position gives a better orgasm than another?

Also...question for the middle aged ladies...anyone else notice a decline in the intensity of the orgasmic spasms? It still feels good, but something is missing.

I've never really associated a position in particular with the intensity of my orgasms, but I have found some positions easier to achieve orgasm in than others (without add'l manual stimulation).
Interwined missionary (rather than spread wide with less contact, yes)
and, of course, being on top.
But have also found that orgasm is possible in virtually all positions with the necessary amount of determination (aka, hip placement and hornification).

I like to be on top, squatting, with my feet on either side of his hips...then I can control the speed and depth of penetration as well as how far apart I'm spread. He gets to relax and have a good view, so we both enjoy this position.

I have trouble with squatting and thrusting...I get tired very easily.

Honey, position and spread are what it's ALL about, especially as we age or make love with different sized men. Not that I get to try different men anymore!! LOL!

I always love being on top and that way I could penetrate deeper and control my thrusts. Except when he spins me around for doggy then I am in nirvana and that's usually the second "cumming".

Keep experimenting and never get lazy about pleasuring your man. Tell your lover what you need - when you need it & your orgasms will always be good. They love when you say what you want!

As for middle age orgasms...I love them MORE, though they seem to be less frequent due to life & biorythems. (sp?) Say what you need when you're hot and you'll find that helps make lovin' all the more pleasurable for you both.

On top, laying down, legs spread. I think because my clit is being stimulated and at the same time I can control the depth and speed of him. But sex itself, it's a turn-on when multiple positions are used.
