Here's the deal - old school TFPer quadro2000 will be playing LIVE music at Wicked Willy's and our very own lovely little_tippler will be in town from Portugal, so we're going to combine these two events and have a little meet-up.

When: Friday, August 21st @ 7pm
Where: Wicked Willy's - 149 Bleecker Street (Thompson/LaGuardia)
What: Listen to Acoustic 80's songs (both rich and cheesy) and meet other TFPers while crammed in the back of a bar.
NO Cover and half-price drinks until 9.

I'm posting under my wife's account, since I've been off-board for 2 weeks and I don't want to lose the "unread" counts.

I'll be there tomorrow at about 7 (is the music starting that early?), and I'll be offering free back/arm/hand massage to any TFPer who wants it; just ask. And don't offer me a drink in barter, since I'm licensed in CT, not NY, and that would cause license issues. Free is free.

Holy cow, I'm actually posting on TFP. Obviously been a very long time. JustJess and I are doing very well, thanks so much for asking, everyone. As Halx said, we're both just pretty busy these days and don't have as much time to contribute as we'd like. Definitely have not forgot about what the TFP is. I promise.

Great to meet you guys after all this time. Sorry I had to run out during the Chinese food, but I only made my train back home with 1 minute to spare.

The gig was a lot of fun. Everyone who was within range on Friday and didn't bother to come is lame. I'm going to do my best to see another Acoustic 80s gig when another one is scheduled.
