Best Spam recipe

what are you best spam recipe ideas? The most popular is probably fried Spam. I have tried frying it and then cutting into pieces and adding to mac-n-cheese.

Spam musubi is my favorite way to eat Spam. I haven't made any in a really long time, but I think I'm going to have to get some Spam and nori and whip up a batch. I have a musubi mold, but using the Spam can to form the musubi works just as well. I also like it fried in just a bit of shoyu or teriyaki sauce, and served with eggs.
