Here we have, Dark Cut 2.

http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/406657

Similar to Trauma Center, you play as a World War I medic, trying to mend the soldier's wounds. It's fairly graphic, so it's not for those of the faint of heart or weak of stomach

Have fun

What was that game that was posted awhile back?

This would be it. Desktop Tower Defense (found in the original context of the thread)

Additionalis:
I haven't played any games beside freecell in the last year, but I did enjoy this game, as I'm sure most would as well. it has a fair amount of skill to triumph, easy to pick up, and overall very enjoyable, with a high replayability factor.

For me, what constitutes fun and enjoyment is great "replayability".

I was just coming in here to repost Desktop Tower Defense. This game needs a disclaimer, because it will eat your life.

I quit playing Urban Dead for a year to play http://www.nexuswar.com/ then came back to play UD when Monroeville opened up, but quit again.

I quit playing Ikariam after I got all my resource islands set up and running.
It got boring. (we even had groups from NW there to play as a Nexus Alliance, it still got boring to me)

The only game that's held my attention these past two years is Nexus War.

I'm Fremen on the NW forum, as well.

Desktop Tower Defense is a great way to spend a lunchbreak. I played that for a few weeks straight.

At the moment, I'm hooked on Boomshine. The music is so soothing, and it's hella hard to finish.

Another classic time-waster, is The Chopper Game.

Anything by Orisinal is great. Fun for kids too, and the music's not bad either.

I'm currently playing Sling.

I meant to post this sooner, but I've been too busy fighting off hordes of zombies!!!

The Last Stand 2
http://armorgames.com/play/1443/the-last-stand-2

Defend your baricade during the night, and such for supplies, search survivors, and find lots of guns. From pistols and revolvers to uzis and assault rifles. And not only that, but your survivors can help out with the guns you find too!
