The game is a side-scrolling beat-em-up in which up to 4 players can play, online or locally. Playing as one of the available knights or an unlockable character, players must defeat enemies to progress using attacks and magic. As enemies are defeated, the characters level up, giving access to new combos and abilities, and players can improve attributes such as attack, magic, defense and agility. If one of your friends falls in battle, the Y Button will appear, and another player will have to use timed button presses. Depending on how accurate the presses were, the revived character may have a small amount of health or a large amount of health. There are also weapons that can be found and used, as well as animal orbs that assist the players in various ways, such as scouting for items. At the end of a boss battle, players then fight each other in a battle to earn a kiss from the rescued princess. Other modes include Arena, where players fight each other, and a competitive eating mini-game called All You Can Quaff.

Did anyone else get this? I'm looking for someone to try the coop out with. The game is extremely fun so far, and I'm sure it's even funner coop.

I got it (XephOne) but until they patch the Live! co-op, I don't think I'll be playing. Most people just have dropped games, but some have experienced a loss of all unlocks from their single player campaign. Whoa!

BUT, the SP experience is worth the 1200MSP. This game is hella awesome!

The game is great. It is entertaining not just for me, but for my 5-year old & 8 year old too. (I guess that says something about me, huh?)

I unlocked the gray knight, and his arrow magic is the best so far.

Not only does this game have Ninjas, it has Pirate Ninjas.....
Which you fight while on a schooner, or is it a sailboat.....

So I don't see how you can't buy it.
