Is this the hardest game in the world or what?

Check this game out.

It's called I Wanna Be the Guy, and it's a throwback to old games such as those side-scrollers from the 8-bit NES days.

Here's the catch: it's brutally hard. It throws all kinds of screwballs at you and you die easily.

The video here / / is a good sampler, and you can hear how frustrated the guy gets playing it.

It's a good thing it's freeware, or you'd want to get your money back.

If I ever need self-punishment for whatever reason, I might give this a download. Or dust off the old NES and pop in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. That game was stupidly hard.

"Omi god! Itsa a pedobear!" had me laughing uncontrollably.

I don't think I could withstand such frustration. I can't even get past "Mario Forever", so I'll never be able to endure these games.

P.S.

At the 8 min. mark when the foreigner thought he outsmarted the two falling ceilings, but ultimately died, was perhaps the shining gem of the video. It was priceless.
