I was listening to the Grateful dead the other day. Specifically the song Truckin' which has the line "living off reds, vitamin C, and Cocaine" what on earth are reds?

As far as slang for drugs... downers, barbs, reds ... etc. very 60's and 70's.

secobarbital is right. takes the edge off the coke.
