I have question about the MCO (manufacturers certificate of origin). I've read things (on the internets mind you) that claim you don't have to register with the BMV if you have this. You have to pay cash for the vehicle to get it from a dealership apparently.

I'm thinking about buying a new bike and want to know any information Motors has about this.
