This just bring's to mind an annual I had about 5 yrs. ago with my GP after 10 yrs. w/him and NO anal exam's previously. Just a note about that idea from a woman's perspective. I don't like thumbs being used on my clit, that usually involves too much pressure and not enough coordination.
