I think Haye is favourite.

Valuev can't hit or box, he's just a big strong awkward lump. As long as Haye fights sensibly he can make Valuev look as silly as Holyfield & Chagaev did.

If Haye is as big a jackass as he comes accross in his attempts to hype his fights though... and he really does go looking for a KO from round 1, Valuev could either catch him, or just wear him out.

If Haye goes into this fight keeping his left down and looking for big right hands, he'l be in trouble. If he boxes inside, uses his speed and keeps his hands up, I see him winning by at least 4 rounds.
