You can choose whichever one you feel will be able o meet your needs, or conversely, whichever one of them is online at the time. Have at it.

I always thought the SUPPORT link in our menu bar was for this but i got very little input from the mods when i asked questions there. So it's best to find one and PM them. I'm guessing they'll check those a lot more.

Yes, I didn't know we had a support area for the longest time. It does not send a notification to theh entire staff, I think only the admins.

Actually, it doesn't send a notification to anyone Frankly, I just forgot to keep up with checking it. I know Spectre has done a lot with it though, and I'm going to try and remember to check there more often. It's mainly for technical support though. If you see something that you think is breaking the rules, it's best to use the report post button. Also, it's never a bad idea to just PM a mod.
