i want to tabulate my training and put in my blog. i'll obviously be tabulating my training in excel, but find that i cant just cut and paste into here.

when i do try and cut and paste it just pasts the text with no alignment so its all ove the place.

is there any way i can cut and paste tables in here?

If no one has a better answer, you could take a screenshot from Excel and post the image of the table.

The short answer is no.

The long answer is that it could be done, but it's very confusing to put together for the user side. It isn't very intuitive once the bbcode is put into place.
