The header/ toolbar area seems to have disappeared. It seems to be only happening in some of the skins: The ones effected are: USFTECH (the one I use), bo20, Rooq, and 2e_forest.

This is the area that has gone missing:

Update: Now the pull down menu at the bottom of the page for changing skins has also disappeared.
