I've searched and searched and haven't found an answer, maybe I'm not using the correct terminology. How does one go about including a link in an OP/post to another or past thread?

That is my main concern, however I also have no idea how to make a link to an outside website. I've searched support and the Newbie's forum but must be missing some obvious area of advice or direction. I know, really basic stuff, I just haven't had a need in all my years here! Thanks for your help anyone!

just put the URL in your post or use the INSERT LINK button in the reply box.

Geez, thanks for such a quick reply Cyn! I'm clueless with computers. URL, would that be the full http://www (whatever) from the web page or thread page I want to link, just copied and pasted? Man, I feel stupid.

P.S. I think I know the answer in previewing my post, the http://www is a link. Still, tell me I'm right please?!
