um...hmmmm. Donation?

So, I donated a small amount back in April. Got a PM that said it would be confirmed, and I'd get another PM when it was. Buuut...I never got that second PM. Paypal said it was taken out, but now I'm kinda worried that something happened between then and now. Just an oversight, maybe?

Same thing happened to me.
I just contacted management and they confirmed/acknowledged it.

Sorry it took me so long, but I confirmed that your donations were both received (and I know yours was already acknowledged, Fotzlid). The donation system has some issues and there's not much automated about it, which makes it labor intensive for us. That's not to mean that we don't see it as a very important part of the job, just that it means we're more likely to forget to send the acknowledgments or only send them to only part of a list.

CinnamonGirl, yours was received, and the acknowledgment slipped through the cracks. I'm sorry that you caught it before we did. If anyone else has problems, please let me, Cyn or Halx know and we'll look into it, although it will take us a while to plow through.

No, you were quite right to ask. We've made some changes that will hopefully cause less confussion in the future. Thanks for participating and especially for the donation, and I do apologize again for the mess. It shouldn't happen again to you or anyone else.
