i've a couple of vids from my digi cam.......and they are larger than 100mbs.....

i need to bring them in under 100 to throw them on the net.......any free programs out there, or do i need some special software?

i use virtualdubmod for all my transcoding needs

with not much success i might add.....

should i just compress it?

Compress as xvid or divx for a good level of compression, if the sound is not mp3 yet, compress it to mp3.

Yea I use Vdub and compress with Divx, sound as mp3 or AC3
