Image Capture

I would like to be able to capture a image off a composite output and be able to edit. Maybe capture small videos 2-3 mins. Nothing huge reso. or anything. I just need to be able to capture the images.

What would be the best solution for this? Would a standard TV tuner be what I need or is there a special Capture card that does exactly what I am looking for.

I am hoping to use a laptop so it has to be laptop useable. Now if that is not possable I can use a desktop. But I really don't want to because that would be alot more hassle.

ChrisTV should be able to do what you need...If not, any screen print program should capture what's on screen...I use and prefer Gadwin for that...
