dvd ripping program

I use dvd shrink to back up my dvds. It works great, except that some discs, such as Disney discs, don't rip.

Any leads for other programs that will work better?

Thanks guys

For my personal DVD archive, all I need are: DVDFab, DVD Shrink, and ImgBurn.

Gordian Knot is great, but I have yet to figure it out (guess the interface with a name like that).

Keep a lookout at this thread here.

DVD Shrink even available for MacOS?

At any rate, DVD Shrink + DVD Decrypter has never failed me once. Both are simple to use and work pretty quickly.

DVD Decrypter let me down on plenty of my DVDs. Plus, LightningUK! has stopped development on it for legal issues, and now produces ImgBurn only. If ya still wanna use it, there is a tool that works outside of Decrypter, RipIt4Me, which helps on difficult discs and can automate the whole process for you (Decrypter, FixVTS, and Shrink). However, even that failed me on a few of my DVDs and I had to switch to DVDFab. I figure why bother with many applications I was comfortable with when I have one that works all the time?

Some more links by the way; where I get all my material from:
