Quick question abuot my desktop settings - Tilted Forum Project - TFP - Sexuality, Philosophy and Political Discussion

Ok, my question is: How do I change the background of my applications (ei. photoshop and mIRC in the picture below). I want them the same color as my desktop, but i dont see an option to change them. Is this color part of my skin that i have installed? thx.

I found the answer so dont bother replying abuot that

I am wondering abuot somthing else though. Do any of you have a windows theme, where when you right click the title bar of a window, it causes the page to disapear, leaving the title bar behind? I was wondering how to remove this. Thanks.
