m4a?
i was limewiring around and got a bunch of what look like music files with a .m4a extension, which i have never seen before. anyone know anything about this format or know what player is required to use it?

m4a is an extension for the MPEG audio 4 file format. More commonly used extension is mp4. You should try renaming the file from m4a to mp4. I do believe that Quicktime for windows can handle it.
