Deleting cookies

My computer at work is running Windows 2000 and IE 6.0. How can I delete certain specific cookies without deleting ALL of them?

In IE, goto Tools->Internet Options. On the general tab, click on Settings(in the middle of the tab). Then click on view files. I usually click at the top of the 'file type' column so it groups all of the text files together. Then pick out the ones you want rid of, and hit the delete button.
