GPS Tracks/Routes converstion help - Tilted Forum Project - TFP - Sexuality, Philosophy and Political Discussion

I have some tracks that I created with my GPS saved on the newest version of Mapsource...but I want to convert the tracks to a route. Does anyone know of any freeware that does this? Or does anyone have a program that does it, and wouldn't mind converting the track for me? It's actually pretty important that I get it done soon. Thanks.
