Harddrive Reviews

Greetings,
If you want to know about Motherboards you go to Motherboards.org. Does anyone know of anything like that for harddrives? I am in the market a new primary drive but there are so many out there that I need some informed advice. Thanks and if you some of your own even better.

Check out Western Digital Caviar 8mb buffer drives. I have 4 of them in my box right now and they have performed quite well. In the past, IBM used to be the standard, but a recent bit of their DeskStar series have been crashing quite often.

Seagate for SCSI, never had one die in about 50+ drives over the past few years.

Try the new 36gb 10k Western Digital SATA drive, very fast at an affordable price.
