Best retail software sites and tutorial sites?

I'd like to know which retail software sites you think have the best selection at the best prices.

Are there any really good comprehensive tutorial sites for CD burning and ripping? I realize that any tutorial would be specific to the software being used.

From reviews here and elsewhere, it appears that Nero 6 is the preferred program, or at least better and easier to use than most . www.softwareoutlet.com advertises Nero 6 OEM for only $9.99. Is there something that I'm not understanding? Most of the well-known retail sites sell Nero 6 for $70.00 and up. Why would this site be any different?

Any information you could offer would be appreciated!

Thanks.
