Help me with a Netmeeting problem? - Tilted Forum Project - TFP - Sexuality, Philosophy and Political Discussion

I have the following problem, and I'm hoping someone can help. When using Netmeeting, I can send webcam streams, but I can't receive them. I've tried just about all I can think of.

I use Windows 2000, with Service Pack 2. I have read the user's help, but to no avail.

I know this is not a lot of info, but possibly some geek here has a clue?

It's been a while since I've used NetMeeting, but isn't there a "Play" button under the Receive window that you have to press before you can receive a connection?

Yes there is one and I've pressed that. Any other ideas, anyone? Thank you.
