well maybe someone can help figure this one out .a couple of weeks back aol 6.0 started having problems.so i call aol, they say uninstall and reinstall aol 6.0 ok no problem,or so i thought. the youngest daughter uninsalled and put in the disk, a blue screen comes up an exception oe has occured[with some numbers i do not have] it may be possible to continue normally. now the cd player was working fine a few seconds earlier. a freind comes by and says bud its the cd player,ok no problem.got a iomega dual dvd hook ups are the same as the one that came with the computor,guy at the computor store says it will work ok so, put the new one in and guess what the same screen comes up. i got to aol 8.0 by finding 4.0 on computor and upgraded from there. sorry all i know is its a 99 copaq presarrio model 5716,stock.every thing else works fine. thank you for any help .
