Auto complete address bar

I am using XP and IE 6.0

My address bar auto completes addresses for me. I am always sure to clear my History, delete files and delete cookies after I sign off. (Don't want to be embarrased if someone else using the computer and porn stuff pops up) Anyway, after I clear everything, it will no longer auto complete the sites I was on earlier. This is the result I want. Lately, some sites are not getting cleared from my computer, namely TFP and other porn sites I have accessed through TFP. (For example, after I clear hist, files and cookies then I type www.t and www.tfproject.org auto completes) When I use XP to search for TFP and the other sites that it is auto completing, I get no results. Any suggestions on how to get these off of my computer, other than eliminating the auto complete address bar? Thanks ahead of time.

PS TFP and the other sites are NOT saved im my favorites, either.

Try this:

Go to the taskbar at the bottom and right click and go to Properties. Click on the Start Menu tab at the top, and then click "Classic Start Menu," and then click Customize. Click on Clear in that Window, and then hit OK until it's gone. That should get rid of the www.t thing instantly.

you can just turn off AutoComplete, if you don't feel like dealing with it. Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Security. Then Auto Complete. You can uncheck the shit you don't want Auto Complete to save, and even Clear Passwords and stuff.

Lasereth,

I just tried that. It didn't work. Thanks anyway.

RedJake I could not find AutoComplete under security. My concern is that these sites are on my computer somewhere and even after diabling AutoComplete, someone might stumble upon them. Thanks.
