How do you put RSS feeds on IPB?

RSS feeds is a new format of putting headlines from other news sites onto your webpage. One example is Symantec's Security Alert, which keeps you informed about the latest viruses, trojans, worms, and so forth.

More info below on what RSS Feeds are:

I need help, setting one up for a Invision Power Board v. 1.3 forum.

TIA for any help provided.

My first thought is to search Google for someone that has done that already. I use an RSS reader built into Firebird to read my news sites, but thats all Ive done with it.
