How do i do it?(for the slower people, how do i make gif into jpeg?) i'm sure it's something riduiculosly easy, but i can't seem to figure it out. Thanks in advance

Almost any graphics program. Photoshop, Gimp, Paintshop Pro. I believe even MS Paint does it nowadays. Just open it and save it as a new format in any of those programs.

go to file, save as

if you wanted to do it with a whole load of files, go to www.google.com, and search for gif2jpg.exe. If that doesnt work, try gif2jpeg.exe. If that doesnt work, try gif to jpg converter. You should get a command line bsed converter by then.

save it in c:\windows, go to the dir you want, and then type in gif2jpg *.gif. read the built in help for naming practices, etc.

IrfanView. Can do batch conversions, and is a nice viewer as well.

And, it's FREE!

Second that, IrfanView is in the first 5 softwares I install after a format/installation of windows.

one of the single best pieces of freely available software for windows.

it's funny that some of the software that you'd be willing to pay good money for is free. shows you what good motivation making a solid piece of useful software is. good software authors should never have to buy their own beer or pizza or jolt cola ...
