mp3 Bit-Rate changer
I have several audio shows that are about 45 kbps, for size purposes I want them to be on a lower bit-rate (about 32). I want to know if there is a software that will let me do that.
Thanks. p.s. I tried 4music OCG bit rate changer, but couldn't make it work. |

Agree, DMC can do anything, and it is freeware (I think?). If you have any questions, they have a great forum. Look for Spoon on those forums; he's the author.

I gotta a bum mp3 player(baby yepp way back to 2001) with only 32mb(yes 32mb) of space. I use a prog "Mp3 To All Converter" to change my cdq mp3's to less than half the original size(192 to 56). Its really simple, just highlight the mp3's and rightclick and choose convert. ONly problem is that it doesnt remeber the settings of conversion ala i have to choose 56 everytime
