broken wacom?

Hi,

My cat had knocked over a glass of water that was next to my computer a few days ago and my mouse and wacom tablet had been sitting soaked for hours until I woke up to panic. I dried everything right away and proceeded to have breakfast.

I suppose I needed my energy before I realized that the Wacom's status light wasn't on.

My mouse just had some problems with the scrollwheel.

I took both apart and dried them lightly with a heat gun and got my mouse back to full functionality but the wacom unfortunetly seems lifeless.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this or had any suggestions of what repairs might be possible.

My repair suggestion is to replace my 4x5 Intuos with a 9x12. Which is most likely to happen, but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions as how to make the dead walk.

Thanks

You might call Wacom's customer service. I found them to be very helpful when I had a problem.
