Kazaa Lite K++

I'm trying to run this through my new router, and I was wondering if anyone knew what ports I needed to open? Ever since I got the router, I've been unable to get anything, even when its from plenty of sources. Anything I get, it keeps telling me More Sources Needed.

I haven't been able to get anything from Kazaa lite for months. It just doesn't work well anymore.

Same with regular kazaa for me. Any connections I do get aren't worth it.

Yeah, most people are switching to bit torrent:

Over six months of surveying, the British company (CacheLogic) found that
Kazaa use had slipped far behind rival BitTorrent, which accounted for 53
percent of actual peer-to-peer network traffic. It found also that overall
traffic has not been falling, as some have suggested. By June, an average of
8 million users were online at any given time, sharing a petabyte (10
million gigabytes) of data.

I'd use BT, but I can't get single songs out there. I have no problem with downloading singles, because most are put out by the artists intentionally, but I have a problem with downloading full albums. So where else can I get singles?

You mean like one song at a time? Try Bearshare. It's based on the gnutella network. High percentage of non-faked songs. Only problem is it installs a couple a spywares, so run AA and SB.

I was thinking about installing Bearshare until I heard about the afore mentioned spyware. If that spyware is removed, will the program still function?

I think soulseek kicks ass for downloading music.

Yes
1) Download and install Bearshare
2) Run AA and SB
3) Run Bearshare
