help: dividing a big MP3 using a CUE file

I just downloaded an album (legit; it was from here), and the band decided to make it a single MP3 file, and provided a CUE file with it to burn to CD. Quoting from their TXT file, "Decode the MP3 to Wav or not, it's up to you, then burn the image file by pointing your favourite burning program at the cue file that applies - then you get tracks but no gaps ".

I don't want to burn it (there's no CD burner on this machine), I just want to divide it into individual tracks for my iPod. What's the easiest way to do this? I'm on my WinXP machine, which has dbPowerAmp, but I didn't see an option in that. I could take the file to my Mac as well.

There is a nifty program which you can use to edit mp3 files. You can add effects, change formats, and cut/splice songs. It may not be exactly what you are looking for, but I've used it for that reason. It's called Wavepad. You can get it by going to http://www.download.com/WavePad/3000-2170-10276213.html Its a small download, so you can get working soon.
