IE history folder not working after upgrade from 5.5 to 6.0 - Tilted Forum Project - TFP - Sexuality, Philosophy and Political Discussion

I am using windows 2k and upgraded Internet Explorer from 5.5 to 6.0, but the history folder isn't working now.

I know the problem is that the history data is in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\History instead of C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\History but I can't move the index.dat file into the correct folder, anyone had the same problem before and can help me?
