Ram voltage question

sorry, i've searched high and low, but anyway.

I have 512MB of pc3200 (2x256) ram that is rated at 2.6V and works beautifully. i am looking at buying another 2 sticks of 256 ram but the type i am looknig at buying is rated at 2.5V which my mobo supports, but obviously, it's one or the other. so i am wondering if i would have any problems running ram that is rated at different voltages....

Thanks

Unless the sticks are borderline or your supply is flaky 0.1V isn't going to hurt one way or the other. Put the 2.5V sticks in the lower numbered sockets. Your timing and voltage should auto config for those and let the new RAM run at 2.5V. If it throws errors manually set to 2.6V. There is a chance you'll have issues vs. if they were all equal but it's likely you'll be fine.
