I was wondering if fellow Opera-using TFP'ers could confirm with me whether surfing the TFP occasionally causes Opera to crash.

It typically happens when I click one of the arrow links that take you a specific post in a thread (like the links that take you the first new post, or to the last post in a thread, etc.). I found some metions of similar problems on other sites using vBulletin, like the TFP does, but I haven't found a soultion to the problem.

Anyone else having the same problem? maybe even a fix?

I do have problems with Opera being crashed occasionally, but not in TFP.
I tried the arrow links, no problem...
I use Version 7.54u1

I never have any problems with Opera as far as crashing goes. I'm using the Opera 8 beta preview. Have you tried upgrading? (I like to take the easy way out)

only problem i have sometimes is trying to display streaming video while using opera.. it just doesnt work sometimes.. but it doesnt crash it..

Yeah same here. This happens other places too though, not just TFP.

I think I'll give the preview of Opera 8 a whirl. I'm usually a little skeptical of their betas, but I'll try it if it gets rid of this bug...

glytch I am not permanent. Join Date: Apr 2003 Location: Tennessee	I never have any problems with Opera as far as crashing goes. I'm using the Opera 8 beta preview. Have you tried upgrading?
