Is there a site where I can find IT industry pay rates? I'm going in for an interview for a tech support engineering position and was wondering how much I should ask for if they ask me how much I want. I have about 4 years experience but no certs.

Experience is generally more important than certs. I can't give you numbers. You might want to check http://www.acm.org or maybe the IEEE site for that kind of information.

Do a comparison with similar jobs in the newspaper and online.
Don't worry about certs, degrees or such.
You are worth, what you are worth.
